TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices and Payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT for UK and European purchasers.
- We accept on-line payment by credit card in a secure environment.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Electron, JCB
- All payments are processed by ProtX which is completely secure - note that ‘from Scotland’ does not hold any card details and will not pass on any customer information to a third party.
Delivery
- We will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible – usually within seven to fourteen days of receipt of order and payment. Some items have to be specially ordered from our suppliers. (For example, items in our Scottish silver range which require engraving) If the delivery time is expected to be longer than fourteen days for this reason or by reason of any other unexpected situation, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order.
- Postage is added to the price of the articles.
- Any customs duty or import tax levied at destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within two weeks of receipt. You may return the goods for refund or exchange as long as they are returned to us in perfect condition.
- If returning any item please ask for proof of posting at your post office.
- Note that the purchaser is responsible for paying the postage on returns.
Refunds
- Any refund due to you will be processed through the card number to which the goods were charged. We will normally expect to do this with 5 days of receipt of the returned goods.
